Refund Policy
No refunds are issued unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Pricing
HamptonsonHampstead.com pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). 

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm Monday through to Friday will be dispatched the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your parcel has been dispatched with your tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your parcels journey. Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location and distance from Christchurch, New Zealand. These do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & any other delay outside of our control. We ship using Courier Post for NZ orders.  

New Zealand Shipping Information
We do not currently post PO Boxes.
